Yesterday, this striking Limited Edition print was brought to us by a Phoenix collector of Grateful Dead related art. Uniquely, the printed image itself is accented with reflective foil in specific areas. Our first rule is to never detract from the art with our framing choices. In this case, we matched the intense colors in the print by using electric blue and red Crescent conservation rag mats. Then, to bring out the foil sections, we used a special mirrored surface frame and fillet manufactured by Larson-Juhl and the results are spectacular! A tasteful but dynamic combination that accents the art. It just so happens that our client was at this particular concert and now he'll remember the event every day when he looks at his framed art on the wall of his home.
